Why has my bank not implemented the 2-4-6 changes in line with other banks?
All the clearing banks and building societies implemented these changes at the end of November 2007 and all signatories to the Banking Code were required to implement the changes by when the new code was implemented at the end of March 2008. If you are not happy with the service you are receiving, you should speak to your bank.
